I made a reservation, how do I know someone will show up?

You should receive text notification of your driver’s contact info the night before your scheduled pickup.  Additionally, drivers are asked to call you 30 minutes prior to pickup. If you don’t receive a call, please call us 30 minutes prior to your pickup. This is our failsafe to ensure that if something was missed we can still pick you up on time.

A local ride can be cancelled up to an hour prior to pickup time with no charge. If cancelled later than that, or if the passenger is a “No Show”, we will charge a minimum of $25 up to the full price of the usual fare. The amount we charge is based on how much driving/waiting has taken place, and is at Excel’s full discretion.

No, our rates include everything except gratuity. Please tip your driver if you received great service. They will certainly appreciate it, as it greatly helps them cover their operating costs. Tips are generally between 15%-20%, but left up to the passenger’s discretion. In certain situations with large groups or corporate accounts the gratuity may be added automatically, but that would be discussed at booking.

Download our Reservation App “Excel Transportation Reservation” from the App Store or Google Play, or click on the “Make a Reservation” tab.  PLEASE NOTE:  RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER HOURS WILL NOT BE SEEN BY A DISPATCHER UNTIL 7AM THE NEXT MORNING.  This means if you are trying to schedule a last minute pickup after business hours we most likely won’t see it.

We will be available by phone: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm. Outside of these hours, please use our App or website to make new reservations. Same day late night/early morning reservations made after business hours will not be honored.

Besides the usual Comp and Collision for our vehicles, passengers are covered with a $1.5 MM (combined single limit) Commercial Liability insurance policy.

If you make your reservation through the phone App or our website reservation page you will get a Reservation ID#.

Our drivers take cash, or you can pay by credit card through the Reservation App. Your card will not be charged until your trip is completed.

When landing at Lambert Airport, you should receive a text or voicemail with instructions from your driver prior to landing. We generally meet passengers inside near baggage claim. If you don’t see a message when you land please call us immediately.

We transport passengers 24 hours/day.
