We started out as Alton Airport Limo but after our move to Wood River, IL we ultimately became Excel Transportation. We are a door-to-door private car service, available to you 24 hours a day. We have partnerships with drivers throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area, both in Illinois and Missouri. These drivers are independent contractors, but many have been contracting with us for over 10 years.

All drivers go through a rigorous background check and have clean driving records; this is a requirement of Lambert St. Louis International Airport. They also adhere to all MODOT rules and regulations.
Our vehicles range from Luxury cars (Lexus, Cadillac XTS, etc.) to Minivans and 15-Passenger Vans. Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance inspections as required by law, and adhere to a regular maintenance schedule.
All of our vehicles are required to carry $1,500,000 (combined single limit) Commercial Liability Auto Insurance, which meets and/or exceeds the requirements of our industry.
